  • Photo commissions include phone/video call consultations to dive deeper into your vision, a custom quote designed around your unique needs, assistance with timeline building to create an ideal flow for your experience, 100% film photography coverage for your event or session, an online gallery delivered within 90 days for high-resolution downloads, and access to a professional print lab for ordering printed keepsakes of your memories.

  • Photo commissions require a signed contract and a 40% retainer to reserve your event/session date. You will be invited into an online client portal for accessing your invoice and all other related documents. Your full balance will be due 30 days prior to your event/session date. Your final balance can be split into 2 payment installments upon request, prior to contract signing.

  • Your memories are saved on 35mm and medium format film negatives, developed in a dark room by a professional film lab, scanned into digital files for post-processing, then delivered back to you in an online gallery where you can download (and print) your high-resolution images.

    Galleries take 90 days to edit before they can be delivered in full, and you will receive preview images within 3 weeks to tide you over. You can share your gallery’s URL with guests and loved ones, and all gallery visitors have access to downloading images for free. Galleries remain online for 2 years before archival.

  • Your memories deserve to live on forever in the analog world—off screens and in print! Your online gallery includes a print shop for ordering archival prints of your favorite memories, ranging from wallet size to lifesize. You can choose from 3 different paper options for your printed keepsakes: semi gloss, matte, or fine art (Hahnemühle Photo Rag).

  • Film negatives are automatically archived and stored with Danielle for safekeeping. For the hardcore film lovers who want to hang onto the negatives and treasure them as eternal keepsakes, please notify Danielle ASAP or within 30 days after your online gallery is delivered. Negatives can be shipped directly to you, upon timely request.
